From being to numerous bathroom shops, the service we received from Gary from the second we came to the shop was exceptional, not force full or hard sell, but informative, nothing was too much to ask or go through. The selection they had in store was really good! Then Gary arranged to come for measurement and quote, he arrived on time and gave us some ideas that could work for us again nothing too much. We decided to go with the factory outlet and had dealings with payment with Nicola who is very professional and polite, keeps you up to date with invoices etc.. we booked for bank hol Monday in April where we met Alex who arrived on time and my god did that man work!! We have never had a work person like him he is such an asset to factory outlet, he did a fantastic job along with the people coming in and out from delivery’s, to Ben who was helping Alex, to Karl the electrician that noticed an issue with our fuse box that could have cost us serious problems. Overall I couldn’t say enough about the factory outlet other than I would highly recommend to every one. Especially as local in heart of Clondalkin village.

I've had two bathroom renovations and one new ensuite build done by The Factory Outlet in Clondalkin. Excellent service from start to finish each time. From consultation and design, during the works and post work customer service, couldn't fault them. Work was done quickly and to a very high standard. Everything was left spotless. Staff are very professional and polite to deal with. Would highly recommend 👌

It was a great experience working with the team. Nicola was very helpful in guiding us through the planning while Glen and his team kept us in the loop during the renovation works. Started and ended within the timeframe with no hassle or issues. We can shower in our bathroom properly now.

We had a good experience with our new kitchen. All the staff were very courteous, friendly and professional.
